Summer Camps

    Summer is such an active time of the year and with kids on break, what better activity than summer camp.  Brambleton hosts a variety of camps including Overtime Athletics Sports Camp, Drama Camp and Art Camp.  As our community grows and more facilities are built, more camp opportunities will become available.

Overtime Athletics Summer Camps are a little bit of this… and a little bit of that!  Our model, honed over 12 years of providing fun and affordable summer camps, zeroes in on the best parts of traditional day camp like Sports, Games, Contests, Arts and Crafts, Team Building Challenges, and Special Activities, AND also incorporates the latest trends in youth programming to include,Scavenger Hunts, Bounce Houses, Water Games, Goofy Golf, Brain Buster Projects, and much, much more!

The Brambleton Soccer Camp is under the direction of NCAA Division 1 (15 years) soccer coach Jake Ouimet.  The Academy is designed to create a positive environment with high energy for young players to improve their skills and knowledge of the world’s favorite game. Soccer players of all playing abilities will benefit and enjoy the individualized instruction and demonstration to develop and improve ball control and technique.

3D Printing - 3-D printers are one of the most widely applicable and fun ine ventions on the tech scene today! In 3-D Printing: Superheroes To The Rescue, we will explore the basic concepts of 3-D printing and computer-aided design, or CAD, to design and create our very own 3-D printed superhero! They will use 3Doodler® pens to illustrate the basic concepts of taking an object from 2D to 3D. During this camp, the students learn key modeling concepts as they design their own 3D model that is ready to take away for printing.
Scratch! Programming - What’s more fun than playing an interactive video game? Writing one! In this Scratch Programming camp, students work together to create their own games, art, and musical instruments while   exploring coding foundations. Students will explore sprites, variables, operators, and clones to increase difficulty and frequently test their games to improve scripting.
Engineering of Travel -  Pack your bags, engineers, and get ready for an adventure! Team up with others for a wild ride across the globe and beyond! Students will carefully engineer vehicles that can traverse the most treacherous terrains, brave the highest seas, and soar above the clouds—are you up for the challenge? Grab your passports and catch a flight straight to Engineering for Kids—a truly unbelievable journey!
Junior Robotics - This camp is a perfect mixture of fun and learning, using LEGO® WeDo™ Robots. Using LEGO® bricks, students build an airplane rescue, a giant escape, and a sailboat storm. They also learn how to program and operate their creations using a laptop computer.

You can learn to play chess, learn to code, or both at this fun camp! 
Chess: Campers play and learn about chess. Campers are broken up into groups by skill level. 
Coding: Campers learn to create stories, games and animations using a visual programming language called Scratch. It's as easy to use as snapping together building blocks!

Discover fun ocean themed ART! Dive deep and explore underwater landscapes and the sea life that inhabits it! Have fun using many different art materials to create everything about the ocean!
Teenz Art
Bring your imagination and get ready for many awesome techniques beyond the box! Experiment with mixed media while learning exotic art forms! This camp has a lot of surprises in store for every artistic camper! Many unique and interesting projects!
