Nikki Jessup, Community Standards & Resident Services Administrator

As our Community Standards and Resident Services Administrator, Nikki supervises the daily activities of the Community Standards and Resident Services Department staff. Nikki performs advisory and administrative duties related to community standards and design review, helps residents navigate through the violations process, and provides support with escalated resident concerns.

Nikki has been part of the BCA team since 2013 and has 8 years of property management experience. She holds a CMCA® (Certified Manager of Community Associations) professional designation and a Master's degree in Social Work. Nikki loves spending time with her family and friends and she enjoys traveling anywhere with a beach!
