Assistant General Manager - Perform oversight and management of various departments to include Operations, Community Standards, and Lifestyles. Assists General Manager with Board relations and governance, human resources, budget & finance, strategic planning, reserve and capital projects, insurance & risk management, and government relations as directed. Perform all necessary duties that align with the Association’s Vision, Mission, Core Values, and Goals. This position is full-time with benefits.
