The BCA Board of Directors has approved a Post-Modification Application Fee of $100 for all exterior modifications started or constructed without prior approval by the Covenants Committee. This fee will take effect on January 1, 2022, providing a grace period for property owners to apply for any exterior modifications made without an application or approval before the end of the year. To avoid the upcoming application fees, owners are encouraged to submit applications for any unapproved modifications during this grace period.
