Government Shutdown: Delayed Assessment Payment & Late Fees Waivers

The BCA Board has approved the waiver of February late fees for single-family attached and detached homeowners who are impacted by the shutdown. If your income has been impacted by the shutdown and you would like to delay payment of your February assessment by 28 days, send an email to Ara.Galang@Brambleton.org by Friday, February 8, 2019 to request a Shutdown Assessment Late Fee Waiver.

  • Please include the following information in that email: Owner(s) name(s); Property address; Employer (Department/Agency/Contractor); and an acknowledgement that you will pay the February assessment by Friday, March 1, 2019.
  • This waiver does not apply to Summerfield or Residences owners and their Associations.
