BCA Office Closed for Juneteenth - The BCA Management Office is closed today, June 19th in observance of Juneteenth. The office will reopen on Monday, June 22nd at 9 AM.
BCA Phase Two Reopenings -
In coordination with Phase Two, the following BCA facilities and amenities are now open
/will open this weekend:
- Pools: All BCA pools will be open starting tomorrow, June 20th for lap swimming, family exercise, and swim lessons only. Pools will be open from 10 AM to 8 PM daily. Reservations for lap swimming and exercise will be required and limited to a one-hour session per day. Reservations for each day will open at 12 AM on the day prior. - Clubhouse rentals: Maximum occupancy of 50 people
Playgrounds, tot lots, and the remaining BCA pools will remain closed
until Phase Three at this time per Virginia’s Phase Two mandates

Bram Life Pass: Online Registration - Although our office is currently closed to walk-in traffic, you can take advantage of this time – and no waiting lines – to get your Bram Life Pass (pool pass)! We offer a convenient email option at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain passes, and we will even mail the new passes to your Brambleton address once they’re ready. Brambleton Pools: Titan Pool Service Now Hiring -
- If you need to swap out your existing passes, or you want to update your pool passes to the Bram Life Pass branding, you can mail your old passes to us or drop them in the drop box located outside our office building.
Titan Pool Service is currently hiring for all positions at Brambleton pools. Lifeguarding applicants will need to be or become lifeguard certified; training is available. Applicants must be at least 15 years of age. Managers and Assistant Managers must also possess a Pool Operator’s license, and certification is available. Apply now at www.titanpools.com
Late Fee Waivers & Delayed Assessment Payments - The BCA Board has approved the waiver of June and July 2020 late fees for single-family attached and detached homeowners whose income has been impacted by COVID-19. Also, if your income has been impacted and you would like to delay payment of your June and July assessments, please send an email to email@example.com and include the following information in your message:
- Owner(s) name(s), property address, and employer(s)
- An acknowledgement that you will pay any missed assessments no later than August 1, 2020. Note: An extension of this date will be considered if conditions warrant such change.
The Association will also consider payment plan proposals during this time. You may submit details of your proposed payment plan to the email address above. LetSwim Programs - Join LetSwim at the Brambleton Corner Pool for their swim programs this summer! Registration for Session 2 classes (6/29 - 7/9) is now open, and Session 1 classes are still open through Thursday, June 25th at a pro-rated cost. Schedules and guidelines for trash, recycling, and yard waste collection in Brambleton can be found on our website
. Bulk pickups can be scheduled by appointment only by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org
. Trash containers and recycling bins can be placed curbside no earlier than 6 PM on the evening before the scheduled pickup day. All containers and bins should be removed from the streets, walkways, or exterior portions of the lots following pickup on the same day
of service. Containers and bins must be stored in a location out of view of neighboring properties. Please contact the Community Standards department

Please remember that only black and brown colored mulch is permitted in landscape beds within Brambleton. Red or brightly colored mulch and rubber mulch products are not permitted. Plan ahead by reviewing BCA’s landscaping guidelines here

Turf areas and mulched landscape beds are to be kept as weed-free as reasonable. At no time shall weed cover exceed more than 25% of the total turf area or 10% of mulched areas. Mulching landscape beds is one of the best ways to prevent weeds from growing out of control. A major summer-annual grass in landscape beds is large crabgrass; smooth crabgrass is primarily a turf weed. More information and tips on how to best handle this common problem can be found here
