Quarterly Exterior Lighting & Tree Care Inspections
Brambleton Community Association would like to provide advanced notice to Brambleton residents that quarterly light inspections and tree pruning/landscaping inspections will be conducted throughout the community beginning next week (July 13th).
Quarterly Exterior Lighting Inspections
Brambleton residents are responsible for ensuring the proper operation of exterior lighting fixtures which are designed to function automatically. BCA staff will be conducting inspections of proper operation of carriage lights, garage lights, and builder-installed landscape lights which should operate from dusk until dawn. More information on maintaining the functioning of exterior lights can be found on our website. If you have questions, please contact the Community Standards department.
Tree Care Reminders
Residents are reminded that they are responsible for maintaining trees and bushes on their property. These responsibilities include:
- Trimming/pruning trees to a minimum of 8 feet above the sidewalk to allow for free, unobstructed passage on the sidewalk;
- Maintaining all trees and landscaping within the scale of the property;
- Removing tree stakes which have been in place for more than one year; and
- Removing dead plant material promptly and planning for required replacements.
Light pruning and the removal of dead wood can be done anytime. If you have questions, please contact the Community Standards department
