BCA Resident Survey - BCA has released a Resident Survey in order to receive helpful feedback from Brambleton residents. The survey can be taken here and will be open until Monday, October 19. Fall Mulching - BCA’s grounds contractor is currently performing its annual fall mulching service. Mulching is limited to roadways and community centers. This service does not include internal community parcels or townhomes involved in the townhome grounds maintenance program. If you have any questions, please contact email@example.com.
Trash & Recycling Service Requests - To arrange for the delivery of new trash and recycling toters, or to place bulk item pickup requests, residents should contact Republic Services directly by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- Full name, address, & phone number
- HOA Name: Brambleton Community Association
- Description of Request: "I’m a new resident and need my trash & recycle bins"; "My trash bin is damaged and I need a replacement"; etc.
- Bulk Pickup Requests: Please specify items/item sizes and include item pictures if possible.
- Please note: Electronic waste items (computers, televisions, etc.) are not accepted. Republic Services and BCA will host E-Waste collection events on a quarterly basis. The Loudoun County Landfill will dispose of electronics at a $6 fee, plus $0.03 per lb. over 160 lb.

Safe Sitter October Class - The next Safe Sitter class will take place on Saturday, October 17 from 9 AM to 2:30 PM at the Community Center. Click here for a full schedule and more information. Loudoun County officials recommend that residents do not engage in traditional door-to-door trick-or-treating this Halloween or other activities that risk transmission of COVID-19. Many traditional activities are considered high risk, but there are safe ways to celebrate. More details can be found here
.Holiday Décor and Lighting -
Holiday decorations and lighting do not require approval by the Covenants Committee. Nevertheless, if the committee determines that any decorations or lighting attract excessive traffic, unreasonably interfere with the use and enjoyment of common areas or adjacent lots, or create a dangerous condition, then the resident responsible must remove the decorations or lighting within 48 hours after receiving notice from the Association. Please be mindful that decorations and lighting must be specific and appropriate to the holiday occurring at the time of display. All materials must be within the lot boundaries of the resident making the display. Exterior decorations for all holidays may be placed out 30 days in advance of the holiday and removed no later than 14 days after the holiday. Christmas or winter decorations may be placed out as early as the day after Thanksgiving and may remain on display until Friday, January 15.Seeking New Covenants Committee Member -
