Bram Life Pass: Online RegistrationBrambleton Community Association is optimistically planning and preparing for the summer and the opening of our pools. Although the BCA Management Office is currently closed to walk-in traffic, you can take advantage of this time – and no waiting lines – to get your Bram Life Pass!
Whether you are new Brambleton residents who haven’t registered for Bram Life Passes yet, Brambleton tenants who need to re-register your existing passes, or you have a child who has moved up to a new age bracket, you can take advantage of our convenient email option at hoa@brambleton.org to obtain passes. We will even mail new passes to your Brambleton property address!
What You Need to Get a Bram Life Pass:
If you are new Brambleton residents and need to have Bram Life Passes created, or if you have a child who has moved up to a new age bracket (2-11; 12-15; 16 and over), please send us the following information via email at hoa@brambleton.org:- Your property address
- A jpeg photo for each individual (headshot only) needing a pass
- Each individual’s first and last name
- Each individual’s date of birth
- Proof of identification, such as a driver’s license, for each adult living in the home needing a pass
- Proof of Brambleton residence for each adult living in the home needing a pass
Tenants:
If you are new Brambleton tenants, or if you are existing tenants who need to re-register your passes for the 2021 swim season, please email us the following information:- A completed and signed 2021 Letter of Permission Form from the property owner. This form must be signed each year, regardless of the duration of the lease.
- A signed copy of the current lease

Replacing Passes:
Any lost or missing passes can be replaced by purchasing new passes for a $5.00 per pass fee. This fee can be paid by check only at this time (payable to Brambleton Community Association), and checks can be mailed to the BCA Management Office or placed in the drop box outside the office building.
Moving Within Brambleton:
Bram Life Passes are good for life as long as you haven't moved or changed addresses. If you have moved to a new address within Brambleton, please email us and provide us with both your previous address and your new address so that we can update your existing passes.
Outside Memberships:
Due to the volume of Brambleton residents who use our pools, we are only able to offer outside memberships to Summerfield residents at this time. Membership fees are as follows:- $85 per individual (one person)
- $150 per couple (up to two people)
- $250 per family (three or more people)

COVID-19 Note: Please note that due to the global COVID-19 outbreak, the opening dates and guidelines for all Brambleton pools have not yet been determined. Opening dates will be determined pending guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and directives from federal, state, and local officials. BCA is focused on ensuring the health and safety of Brambleton residents and the community. Updates will be announced on the BCA website and in the Friday Flash. |
