Brambleton Developer Rezoning Plan - The Brambleton Developer has submitted rezoning proposals for three parcels south of Evergreen Mills Rd that will go before the Loudoun County Board of Supervisors for review and possible approval. The Developer is currently holding virtual meetings to share information and answer resident questions. COMMUNITY STANDARDSHoliday Decorations - This is a friendly reminder that the period for displaying winter holiday lights to honor Virginia healthcare heroes ends on Monday, January 31. Inspections for remaining holiday lights and decorations will commence on Tuesday, February 15. Please contact the Community Standards
department with any questions.
What to Do About Noise Concerns - When noise related to construction, renovations, landscaping services, or other nuisances becomes a concern, residents often reach out to BCA for assistance. As a first step, residents are encouraged to attempt to address the concern directly with the source when possible. If it is not possible and immediate intervention is necessary, residents are advised to contact the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office as they have the authority to enforce the county’s
noise ordinance. For emergencies, dial 911; for less urgent matters, the non-emergency number is 703-777-1021. For concerns related to pet noise,
Loudoun County Animal Control can intervene. For ongoing concerns related to noise, please contact the Community Standards
department to provide details and we will be glad to help seek a resolution.

COUNTY CORNERBelmont Ridge Rd Widening Project Update - Loudoun County officials broke ground on the Belmont Ridge Rd widening project yesterday, January 27. This project will widen Belmont Ridge Rd between Truro Parish Dr and Croson Ln, expanding the existing two-lane road to a four-lane, median divided roadway. Construction is estimated to be completed in summer 2024. More information can be found

Public Comment Invited on Loudoun Redistricting Plans - Members of the public are now able to view and comment on three draft local redistricting plans that have been selected by the Loudoun County Board of Supervisors for further evaluation and refinement. Residents can visit
www.loudoun.gov/redistricting to review the three plans and provide feedback through a comment form. The Board of Supervisors is scheduled to review the three plans again at their meeting on Tuesday, February 15.
- The BCA Board of Directors is currently reviewing the three draft plans and may choose to support a plan after their next meeting on Tuesday, February 8. Brambleton residents are invited to review the plans and submit feedback at this time.
