The Community Center is not available to rent during the summer due to summer camps.

MAIN LEVEL
- Rental Applications must be received at least 14 days in advance, but no more than 6 months in advance
- Maximum capacity is 75 people
- Included in rental:
  - Media Room and Kitchenette
  - Tables & Chairs:
    - Six (6)- 60” round tables
    - Four (4)-6’ long tables
    - 75 banquet chairs
Renter’s Responsibilities:
- Contracted rental time must allow for set-up & clean-up
- All trash to be removed from facility and properly disposed of
- Tables & chairs must be cleaned and returned to original storage position
- Follow all guidelines as set forth in the Brambleton Facility Rental Agreement

*A BCA contracted site attendant is mandatory during evening rentals

Rental Does Not Include

- Use of or access to the Brambleton Community Center Pool
- Lower Level of Community Center
