Sell From Your Home
You can sell from your home at no cost. If you would like to sign-up to be on the distribution list, please register using the link above. We do request that you register no later than the Monday prior to the yard sale in order to give us time to format the distribution list and also post it on various media sites.
Sell From the Community Center - 42645 Regal Wood Dr
You can sell your items at the Community Center parking lot for $10 per two parking spaces. You must register prior to the yard sale date in order to reserve your spot. You will have the opportunity to pick your yard sale spot during your registration process. Space is limited

DonationsGREENDROP will be onsite from 11:30am - 2:00pm to collect donations.
You must put your items on the truck with the help of the Greendrop attendant. Do not drop your items on the curb. Please click here for a list of acceptable items.
YUCK OLD PAINT will be onsite from 8:00am - 12:00pm collecting 1 gallon paint cans (latex and oil). The first 100 cans are free / maximum 4 per household for free. Each can over the free amount will be $5 per can. By using Yuck Old Paint to collect your old paint, it helps keep these chemicals out of our landfills.
Cancellations will be announced as soon as possible. Please follow us on Facebook and/or sign up for Notify Me which will send you an alert. You are allowed to have your yard sale if we cancel, our cancellation will only directly affect the people signed up at the Community Center. We will try and reschedule the yard sale within the next few weeks of a cancellation.
Brambleton Community Association (BCA), its developers, officers, directors, management personnel, employees and volunteers, regularly photograph and videotape events and activities throughout the community and at community amenities and facilities. BCA may use such photographs, videotape or recordings (materials) in any publication, website, program, presentation or other media, now or in the future, for the purpose of community affairs, education, public relations, marketing of Brambleton subdivision (including on-line and social media marketing), community association communications, or other stories, presentations or articles that will be read, seen and/or heard by the Association’s membership and/or by the general public.
