Brambleton Community Association offers residents the convenience of making online payments for a variety of fees, goods and services. Listed below are the current options available for making online payments.
Through ClickPay, owners may make one-time or recurring e-check or credit card payments. Owners may log on to ClickPay at www.ClickPay.com/FirstService. The owner determines the amount they wish to pay, the frequency they wish to pay it, and the day of the month payment is scheduled.
Important considerations: ClickPay is a third party service and account information is privately held between their company and the owner. Processing fees apply for all credit card payments, as well as for one-time e-checks. Recurring e-checks are processed at no charge to the owner. Important: If you made payments online through Paylease, please note that your existing account and any automatic payments set up through this platform will be disabled on March 20, 2017.
Resale Disclosure Documents
Brambleton Community Association is subject to the Virginia Property Owners’ Association Act. Therefore sellers of residential property located within Brambleton must disclose in their sales contract that their lot is subject to the Act. Additionally, the Act requires the seller to obtain an association disclosure package from Brambleton Community Association and provide it to the purchaser.
