Services have resumed on townhome properties that receive grounds maintenance as part of the BCA program. Program details are outlined at www.brambletonhoa.com/townhomegrounds. The landscaping contractor is currently performing spring bed cleanup and mulching. Residents are reminded to take precautions to ensure that services can be properly performed, including:
- Provide unrestricted access to backyards.
- Unlock gates and ensure they function properly without obstructions.
- Remove personal items from lawn areas, such as lawn furniture, toys, hoses, and other items.
- Ensure that pets are not present during services. Check that all gates are closed and properly latched prior to letting pets into yards.
- Establish a 3-to-6-inch weed-free zone around areas that can be damaged by string trimmers, such as A/C units, fencing, deck posts, etc.
Residents that wish to opt out of service or part of the service (ex. fertilizer applications) may submit a completed Opt Out Form to operations@brambleton.org. This form must be filled out each year to opt out. Residents that choose to opt out are still obligated to pay the full monthly assessment. Questions can be submitted to operations@brambleton.org.
