1. How do I request information regarding account payoff details?

Refinance Demands, Payoffs, and Financial Updates are now processed through www.homewisedocs.com.

BCA must receive written authorization from the seller/current owner in order to process refinance and resale demand requests. Authorization forms can be uploaded directly to HomeWiseDocs when placing the order. Please note that demand requests and updates are processed in the order in which they are received. Sending duplicate requests will delay the process. Should you wish to use our Authorization Form, please see 'Related Documents' on our webpage. 

2. How can I obtain a Certificate of Insurance for a residential property located within Brambleton Community Association?

To obtain a certificate with the mortgagee clause, unit owners and lenders should submit their requests online at www.eoidirect.com, or by phone (877)456-3643, Monday – Friday from 9 am to 8 pm. 3. What is required to have a lender questionnaire completed?

Lender Questionnaires are now processed through www.homewisedocs.com. The cost for completion of a Standard Mortgage Questionnaire is $125.00. There is an additional $50 fee for completion of a Lender-Specific Mortgage Questionnaire.

The standard processing time for Questionnaires is five (5) business days. The following rush options are available at an additional cost:

• 2 business-day turnaround: $50.00
• 1 business-day turnaround: $75.00
